Sika Deer Program

Guests are met at the Kiev airport Borispol or Kievskie Zhulany. The journey takes approximately 3 to 5 hours, depending on the hunting area. The hunting grounds are located in the central or western part of Ukraine and completely safe. Hunter will be accommodated in a cabin or lodge in the hunting area. Good air communication with Kiev are via Amsterdam, London and Istanbul. Also, cheap flights are provided by Wizz air from Hamburg, Cologne and Dortmund in Germany and London Luton. Holders of American, Canadian and European passports can enter Ukraine without a visa. Australians can obtain a visa on arrival. New Zealanders must obtain a visa prior to arrival. Hunters must carry firearms and hunting licenses.

Sika Deer

Hunting is carried out in different ways, depending on the season. When on heat (October), hunters are transported or walk and listen to the bell
and then hunt on individual deer on foot (very similar to hunting a red deer). Horse and cart hunting is also available in some hunting grounds.
It is generally level ground, but quite noisy underfoot due to autumn leaves, so this can still be a problem. Later in the season and in the winter
we will use a horse and a cart or follow the tracks to find the trophy. The season lasts from August 1st to January 31st.
The usual shooting distance is 300-500 m. The best calibers are 7 mm RM, 300 Win Mag, and higher.
The best number of hunters in a group is 2-3 people.

ROE DEER, RED DEER, WILD BOAR

During or after the hunt for sika deer, it is possible to organize a hunt for other species of wild animals, including roe deer, wild boar, and red deer.
